1. About Happy Foundation

Happy Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation working to support senior citizens and underprivileged communities through food, healthcare and welfare programs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to donate. By donating, you confirm that the funds being contributed are from lawful sources and belong to you.

3. Donations

  • All donations are voluntary and non-exchangeable for goods or services.
  • Donations made through this site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Once a donation is successfully processed, a receipt will be sent to your registered email.
  • Tax-exemption receipts (where applicable) are issued subject to verification of donor details and applicable law.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for failures, delays or errors caused by the payment processor, your bank or your internet connection. If a donation fails but funds are debited, the amount will typically be reversed by your bank within 5–10 business days.

5. Use of the Website

  • You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.
  • All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of Happy Foundation and is protected by applicable laws.
  • You may not reproduce, modify or distribute any content without prior written permission.
